Cancellation Policy

Any changes or cancellations to your order must be made within 24 hours of placing it. After this timeframe, we may not be able to accommodate your request as the order will have already entered processing. If you cancel your order within the 24-hour period, your refund will be processed within 7 business days.

If you are still not satisfied, you may return the items within the 60-day money-back guarantee period. Please note that shipping fees (if applicable) are non-refundable.

Damaged Items

We take great care to package our products securely. An item is considered damaged if it has a defect or arrives physically broken. Damaged packaging (e.g., dented boxes) with products in good condition does not qualify as damage.

If your item arrives damaged, please notify us within 72 hours of delivery at support@opilin.com with clear photos of the damage. We will determine if you are eligible for a replacement at no cost. Items damaged through normal use, wear and tear, or misuse are not eligible for refund or replacement.


Shipping and Delivery

While we strive to deliver your order promptly, we cannot be held responsible for delays caused by couriers, customs, or other factors beyond our control. If you experience delivery issues, please contact the courier directly for assistance. Amberlert is not responsible for lost, stolen, or delayed packages.


Incorrect Shipping Address

Please ensure the shipping address is accurate at checkout. If an incorrect address is provided and we are not notified within 24 hours, you will not be eligible for a resend or refund.
