Order Processing Times
We strive to process and dispatch your order as quickly as possible. Please allow 1-3 business days for processing after your order is placed. Once your order is handed off to the shipping carrier, it is considered dispatched and on its way to your chosen address.
During peak times or holidays, processing may take up to 7 business days. Rest assured, we are working hard to get your Amberlert to you as soon as possible!
Estimated Shipping Times
Delivery times depend on your location and other factors. Below are estimated shipping times by country:

- 🇬🇧 United Kingdom: 6-8 business days
- 🇦🇺 Australia: 7-10 business days
- 🇳🇿 New Zealand: 7-9 business days
Please note that during peak seasons or holidays, shipping carriers may experience delays that are beyond our control. Additionally, international orders may face customs processing delays, which could extend the overall delivery timeframe.
Order Changes and Accurate Shipping Details
To ensure smooth and timely delivery, please double-check your shipping details before completing your order. Incorrect or incomplete addresses may cause delays or cancellations.
If you notice an error in your shipping details, email us at support@opilin.com within 24 hours of placing your order. We’ll do our best to make changes, but we cannot guarantee modifications after this timeframe.
For any system-detected address issues, our team will contact you via email within 3 business days to verify your details. If we don’t receive a response, we reserve the right to cancel your order.
Delayed Delivery
At Amberlert, we understand the importance of receiving your order on time, and we work hard to dispatch orders promptly. However, there are times when delivery delays occur due to factors outside of our control, such as:

- Courier service delays
If there are any delays, we will notify you and work with the courier to ensure your package is delivered as quickly as possible. While we do our best to provide updates and assistance, Amberlert cannot be held liable for delays caused by external factors.
Lost or Stolen Packages
If your package is lost or stolen during shipping, please contact us at support@opilin.com, and we will assist you in resolving the issue.
We recommend contacting the courier service directly to file a claim, as most courier companies have a dedicated process for handling lost or stolen packages. We will also reach out to the courier on your behalf to help follow up on the claim.
Please note that Amberlert is not responsible for lost or stolen packages and cannot issue refunds in these cases. However, depending on the situation, we may offer a replacement.
In some cases, the courier may locate the package and complete the delivery. If the package is not recovered, filing a police report may be necessary.
